Vintage markets, estate sales, antique fairs, pop-up dealers, and museum programs, all in one place. If vintage isn't part of it, it isn't here.
This calendar is exclusively for events where vintage, antiques, or related collectible culture is a primary component. Every submission is reviewed by our team before it appears here. Events without vintage as a core element are not published, regardless of how interesting they may be. If your event features vintage dealers, estate sale inventory, antique goods, or museum exhibitions of historical objects, you are in the right place. If it doesn't, you are not. This is a San Francisco-based calendar. We generally list San Francisco events only, with a few exceptions for established partnerships and affiliations. Submit an event →
What qualifies for this calendar, and what doesn't. San Francisco Vintage maintains the integrity of this calendar specifically to serve people who are looking for vintage culture in San Francisco. The rule is simple: vintage must be part of the event.
San Francisco Vintage's events calendar exists specifically so that people searching for vintage culture in San Francisco find real vintage events, not general community events that happen to have one vintage dealer. The integrity of this calendar is its value. We maintain it carefully.
Not sure if your event qualifies? Submit it and explain the vintage component in the description. Every submission is personally reviewed and will reach out if there are questions. If your event doesn't qualify, you'll hear back and may be able to point you to a more appropriate resource.

Estate sale companies who reach out to San Francisco Vintage to be featured in the newsletter will ensure their listing gets out in time, before the weekend, when you can still plan. We don't put every estate sale in the newsletter because we simply can't keep up. We only share what we know, and we hope it's useful.
A 9 AM start time means you should be in line by 8:15, minimum. For a significant Pacific Heights or Sea Cliff sale, people arrive before the sun comes up. There will be a sign-up sheet on the door. If there are 30 names on it and you arrive at 9:00, you are not at the front.
The newsletter goes out every Thursday. Estate sale companies who contact San Francisco Vintage to be featured get their listing out before the weekend rush.
The San Francisco Vintage Weekly newsletter is sent every Thursday with the week's most significant vintage markets, estate sales, pop-ups, and community events across San Francisco. Free. Vintage-focused. Always.
