The networking dinners
Small, seated, and deliberately mixed. Dealers, makers, stylists and the people who buy from them at one table.
What it is
A dinner rather than a mixer. Everyone is seated, the table is deliberately mixed across the trade, and the point is that people who would not otherwise meet spend two hours in each other’s company.
Why it exists
The vintage trade in this state is a network of sole traders who mostly meet at other people’s markets. A table is a better place to meet than a booth.
